Tunnel dishwashers of the CT series
Tunnel washers of the CT series are designed for extreme loads and thus have a large washing capacity with reduced operator requirements. Their use is optimal in communal kitchens, school canteens, hospitals and hotels. They are able to wash 120 to 270 baskets per hour. The electronic control panel with simple symbols makes it easy to operate the dishwasher. The original construction solution allows easy change of direction of movement of the baskets for selected models. The output table is equipped with a microswitch to stop washing when the basket is at the end of the track. Washing in the CT series dishwashers is economical and thanks to the use of the timed washing system and the STANDBY system, the CT dishwasher is ready for washing at any time. Rinsing is provided by a boiler of a new construction ensuring a temperature of the rinsing water over 80 °C during continuous washing. Thanks to the automatic rinse cycle, the consumption per basket is approx. 1.3 litres. The device is equipped with a large slide-out door with a micro switch and a molded tub for easy cleaning. The dishwasher can be supplemented with additional modules, for example a drying tunnel or a pre-wash module. Thanks to the corner elements of the track, handling tables can be built in L profile or U profile.
