Bains marie
Water spas are intended for the transport, maintenance and delivery of hot meals in restaurants, canteens, fast food, catering, etc. There are two basic variants available - mobile on wheels and stable, with the option of choosing control on the short or long side. Both variants are available with a capacity of 2, 3 or 4 tubs for GN-1/1-200 gastro containers. Both the top plate and the tub are made of stainless steel AISI 304. The heating elements of the REDFOX water bath are always located under the bottom of the tub, which greatly facilitates maintenance and cleaning. Each bathtub is equipped with a mains switch, a power indicator and a thermostat for temperature regulation up to 90 °C. All variants have a drain valve with a fuse under each of the tubs for convenient draining. The water bath can be combined with a heated base, which further expands the options for serving and storing food.
