Fryers
Fryers in the REDFOX 600 kitchen range have pressed tubs with rounded inner corners for convenient cleaning and maintenance. Both the bath and the top plate are made of AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel. The choice of different outputs, bath volumes and basket sizes allows choosing the ideal combination for any gastro operation. For easy and simple cleaning, they have a removable control panel and heating element, as well as a removable frying pan. The heating elements are made of stainless steel and reinforced with legs. Fryers can be scalded with a drain tap for easier oil change and are of course also available in a three-phase design for increased performance, faster start-up and smaller temperature fluctuations after inserting frozen ingredients. All REDFOX fryers have a cold zone that prevents oil and food residues from burning. The durable basket is made of chrome-plated steel with an insulated handle and a hanging hook. All models are equipped with a working and safety thermostat and a safety microswitch. The double winding and the length of the heating element guarantee a sufficient area for power distribution and heat transfer between the element and the frying oil. There is no burning of fat on the heating elements, the professional deep fryer is ready for use very quickly and there is no significant drop in temperature even with increased operation.
