Tilting brat pans
The tank, cover and front panel of the REDFOX 900 folding pans are completely made of stainless steel AISI 304, the bottom is made in two variants - stainless steel or hot water steel. Due to its properties, the stainless steel bottom of the professional pan is suitable for dishes with a higher proportion of water such as soups, sauces, etc. However, it does not achieve as high a thermal conductivity as a steel bottom and is also more prone to wear. Conversely, due to its high hardness and perfect thermal conductivity, the steel bottom of the pan is more suitable for dishes with a higher proportion of fat or oil. Compared to a stainless steel bottom, it is more susceptible to corrosion, so it is necessary to maintain a permanent oil film on the surface. The lid is equipped with a vapor barrier and an ergonomic handle for easy opening. All REDFOX 900 folding pan models have a tap for cold water. Heating elements and gas burners cover the entire area of the bottom of the 12 mm thick tub. The pans are made in a standard size of 800 or 1200 mm in width.
