Fryers
Fryers of the REDFOX 900 cooking line have a pressed tub with rounded inner corners and, in the case of the electric variant, a special rotating heating element with triple winding for easy cleaning, maintenance and higher performance. The top plate and tub are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the top plate is 1.5 mm thick. Of course, there is a spacious cold zone between the heating element and the bottom of the bath. Fryers come in standard sizes of 400 and 800 mm in width. Stationary modules with a base with stainless steel doors or without doors are available. Models with a base are equipped with a gastro container and filter for easy draining and maintenance of the oil, which will last much longer and thus contribute to reducing costs.
