REDFOX 600
The REDFOX 600 kitchen line is suitable for fast food and quick refreshments, small restaurants and hotels that cook approximately 100 meals per day. With its depth of 600 mm, the line is ideal for all catering operations where there is a lack of space in the kitchen. The high performance of the cooking technologies and the solid structural elements of the variable kitchen modules ensure a great solution compared to the investment used. A wide choice of modules and variants is a key element for creating a custom-made compact kitchen unit. The construction solution enables easy assembly, with the possibility of placing the line against the wall or as a central cooking unit. All substructures are equipped with massive legs, which enable the leveling of significant unevenness. All gas models are supplied in a natural gas version with included propane-butane nozzles. All connection points are located on the back of the device. The line can be assembled from modules containing stoves and ovens, grill plates and multifunctional pans, pasta cookers, water baths, fryers with a cold zone and supplemented with neutral work modules.
