Oven Ranges
The stoves and ovens of the REDFOX 900 kitchen range are divided into two main categories – electric and gas. The external construction of both of these categories is the same. Only the elements typical for these two categories of cooking equipment differ. Both ranges offer a wide range of electric and gas cooker products or versions with hot air or static ovens in GN sizes. The stoves come in standard sizes of 400 or 800 mm in width. The entire module with the stove can also have a width of 1,200 mm. Electric ovens are available for both electric and gas cooker versions in GN 1/1 or GN 2/1 sizes. There are two variants of the electric oven (800 mm) for each type of hob (round, square, oval). Sizes GN 1/1 hot air or static oven; GN 2/1 static with passive heat distribution.
