Bains marie
Bains marie are standard kitchen equipment for maintaining the temperature of prepared foods, so they cannot be missing from the range of REDFOX 600 kitchen units. REDFOX electric water baths are produced in variants with one bath and one heating element, or with two baths and independent regulation of heating elements. The water bath is prepared for standard gastro containers GN 1/1 with a depth of up to 150 mm. The working thermostat of the water bath allows you to maintain the temperature in the range of 30 - 90 °C. The waterproof controls, welded seamless tub and integrated drain provide great features for easy maintenance, safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
