Convection ovens

These are all functions of REDFOX professional steam combi ovens. In the standard equipment, among other things, you will find a multi-speed reverse fan, which ensures even and balanced air circulation. The prepared food thus acquires an ideal consistency, is not dried out, is evenly prepared and has a great taste. In addition, there is no significant weight loss associated with standard baking. Of course, there is a stainless steel chamber with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Optionally, your REDFOX programmable combi oven can also be equipped with an automatic washing system. Universal drawers on the sides of the chamber allow the use of both standard GN gastro containers and standardized EN 600 x 400 baking trays. The 7-inch touch screen not only provides comfortable control, but is also ready to help you adjust recipes or, on the contrary, offers the easy start of your favorite procedures with one touch.
