Pasta cookers
REDFOX pasta cookers with a pressed tub, round inner corners and a special rotating heating element are designed for the best possible preparation of food and a longer service life of the entire cooking equipment. The top plate with a thickness of 1.5 mm is made of stainless steel AISI 304. The tub is made of stainless steel AISI 316L resistant to the increased effect of salt when cooking pasta. The device is equipped with an inlet tap and thermoregulation 30-110 °C. Six different shapes and four sizes of baskets provide many variants and combinations suitable for any gastro operation. It is thus possible, for example, to prepare several portions of different pastas at once. The integrated drain cock will help with easy water replacement in the cooker. A big advantage of the REDFOX pasta cooker is the tub with a practical molding that prevents the water from overflowing when boiling. Pasta cookers are available in standard width modules of 400 and 800 mm. The durable AISI 316 stainless steel heating element has increased resistance to salt and e.g. residual particles from pasta or vegetables. The equipment of the REDFOX pasta cooker thus achieves a longer service life.
