Cooling, freezing tables and showcases
Refrigeration and freezer tables provide the ideal combination of a stainless steel work surface and space for storing ingredients and food under the work surface. The table can cool or freeze. The number of doors of individual models determines the width of the entire table. In the RM range, you can choose from two, three and four-door tables. If required, the doors can be replaced with drawer sets. The storage space is equipped with rails for attaching runners for storing GN 1/1 grids. Food is thus stored directly on the grates or in gastro containers. This reduces labor and the need for unnecessary transfer of raw materials. The table tops are stainless steel and can be equipped with a back edge. A separate chapter is cooling and freezing substructures, which are placed directly in cooking blocks, e.g. under stoves or grill plates. The operational supply of raw materials is thus always at hand and there is no need to run away unnecessarily during cooking.
